Improving the Customer Experience by Maximising Operational Efficiency

The Government has firmly pledged not to expand airport capacity in the South-East empasising the need for airports to improve existing operations and setting up a South-East Airports Task Force to consider new ways of working.

This morning seminar from Waterfrond Events will provide the chance to hear from leading airports, airlines and business organisations on how they intend to work within the new framework.
