Friends of the Earth (FoE) are holding a ‘Planning Act 2008 Workshop’. The workshop will run on 4 July 2009 in London at the NCVO Centre, 8 All Saints Street. The workshop is from 2pm to 5pm. The Planning Act 2008 will affect all major infrastructure projects for roads, airports, power stations and hazardous waste facilities. This workshop is led by Friends of the Earth’s Senior Planning Advisor, Hugh Ellis, and will consider changes to the planning system, how it will affect local campaigning and opportunities for activism, and having your say.
