American Airlines will start year round flights between Manchester and New York JFK from April 2010. The route was announced as a summer service from May as in previous years, but the airline has now brought the restart forward to 6 April 2010 and made the service year round because of demand.
Departures in both directions have also been re-timed by over an hour so that they will now depart Manchester earlier and leave New York later. The airline will run its two non-stop flights a day in Boeing 757-200s with 182 seats.
