This conference brings together Local Government, developers, investors and others working creatively at the local level to maintain investment in infrastructure. Delegates will learn about policy developments as well as practical progress being made on the ground.
Delegates will learn about: localism, removing central prescription and waste, and localising budgets, making the most of public investment at the local level (including through LEPs and planning reforms), new finance mechanisms case studies and emerging models.
